Water 4 Gas
This is the most well-known of all the "use water as fuel" products currently on the market. The website isn't particularly elegant, but it's worth visiting because of the amount of information there (even if you then buy a guide from another site!)
The manual is comprehensive, and well-proven by countless motorists who are enjoying cheaper driving.
You also get some excellent bonus e-Books for free, which are chock full of extra fuel efficiency information. However, this isn't the most affordable package available.
